Key Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in classes, attending sessions, or participating in any SDA/NWA activity, you agree to the following:


✨ Participation & Responsibility

  • Participation in dance and fitness activities carries a risk of injury.
  • By enrolling, you give permission for your child to take part and agree that SDA/NWA coaches are not liable for injuries sustained during classes or events (except where required by law).
  • In an emergency, you authorise our team to seek appropriate medical treatment for your child.

💳 Fees & Membership

  • We operate a monthly membership, split into 10 equal payments across the year.
  • Payments are taken on the 1st of each month, including during school holidays.
  • If joining mid-month, a pro rata adjustment will be added to your next payment.
  • A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required for cancellations or changes. If you cancel with less than 30 day's notice, you will still be billed for the following month's subscription.
  • Late payments may incur a 10% fee.
  • All payments must be made via our online system (no cash payments).

🔁 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances.
  • A partial refund may be given for illness lasting 4+ weeks with a valid GP note.
  • No refunds for holidays, missed classes, or partial months.
  • If classes are rescheduled or alternatives are provided, refunds will not be issued.

📅 Attendance

  • Regular attendance is expected.
  • Please notify us by through band app if child cannot attend.
  • If classes are cancelled, we will reschedule or offer an alternative where possible.

🚪 Drop Off & Collection

  • Children should only be on the premises during their class time.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for children before and after class.
  • Please ensure prompt drop-off and collection.

🔒 Privacy

  • Your details are stored securely and used only for communication and emergency contact.
  • We do not share your data.
  • You may request to update or remove your data at any time.

📸 Photography & Filming

  • We may take photos/videos for training and promotion.
  • If you do not consent, please inform us in writing.
  • Parents may only film their own child.
  • Any content including other children must not be shared without permission.

🤝 Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and staff are expected to behave respectfully and positively, representing SDA/NWA in the best way at all times—both in the studio and at external events.
