With Lydia Millar. Lydia will look at improving walkover technique and helping athletes with aerials. Athletes should already have a walkover, or be almost there with this. This will not be teaching walkovers so much as trouble shooting and helping with conditioning and technique. Ideal for those who already have the skill or are close to getting it. Recommended for comp teams.
